This website showcases our jewellery collections and bespoke services. It allows you to browse designs, send enquiries, book virtual or in-store appointments and request tailor-made pieces. Submitting an enquiry, appointment request or tailor-made request does not create a purchase or a binding contract. Any sale or commission is agreed directly with our team.
2. Product information and images
We take care to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours, metal finishes, stone appearance and sizes may vary slightly from the images shown because of photography, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of each piece. Images are for illustration only. Final specifications, including metal, stone details, certification and price, are confirmed by our team before any order is placed.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are not displayed on this website and are provided on request. All prices, quotations and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing by House of Windsor. Diamond and gold prices may change with market rates.
4. Appointments
Appointment requests made through the website are subject to confirmation by our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
5. Tailor-made and bespoke jewellery
For bespoke commissions, the design, materials, timeline, price and any deposit are agreed with you before work begins. Because bespoke pieces are made to your individual specification, deposits and payments for custom work may be non-refundable once production has started. These terms will be confirmed with you in writing for each commission.
6. Certification
Where a piece is supplied with a certificate from a recognised laboratory (such as GIA, IGI, HRD or IDL), the certificate details will be provided with the piece. Certification details are confirmed at the time of sale.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, photographs, text, logos and graphics, belongs to House of Windsor or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Your use of the website
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited or harmful material, or to interfere with the operation of the website.
